SugarCRM Integration Enhancements: FunnelVision Lead Management Dashboards, Built-In Sales Enablement, Automated Task Scheduling, Campaign Sync to SugarCRM

We’ve had a fantastic integration with SugarCRM for a long time. But we’re big believers in continuous improvement.

Sales Enablement: Allow Sales to Leverage Your Net-Results Email Templates

We’ve added the ability for you to make any email you’ve built in Net-Results available within SugarCRM as a “Sales Template”. SugarCRM users can then choose from those templates, customize the messaging and send a fully trackable Net-Results email to any Lead or Contact with a click of their mouse – without ever leaving SugarCRM. Of course they can send a test copy to themselves to make sure everything is just right.
We’re calling these emails Conversations. Conversation emails (and all associated activity such as email sends, opens, clicks & bounces) all flow directly to the Lead or Contact’s Activity Stream (already available in both Net-Results & SugarCRM).

Our FunnelVision Personalized Sales Dashboards Are Now in SugarCRM

When you install our new SugarCRM package you’ll see that we’ve added a Net-Results tab to the top of your SugarCRM screens that brings lead activity into clear focus. When a SugarCRM user clicks on this tab they’re presented with easy to use information that lets them know where to most effectively focus their time.

  • Who’s Hot is a listing of Leads & Contacts owned by you (the logged in SugarCRM user) sorted by Lead Score. This let’s you see at a glance which prospects have been scoring big points due to their engagement with your website, emails and collateral.
  • Prospect Activity allows you to see which of your prospects have been on your website, exactly how they got there and what pages they viewed during their visit.
  • Anonymous Visitors shows you which companies are visiting your website who’ve not yet identified themselves by filling out a form or otherwise contacting you. This is great if you’ve got some down time and want to make some calls to drum up additional leads. These calls are much more effective when made to companies who are already checking out your company.
  • My Emails shows you all the Conversation emails you’ve sent to your prospects. You can see who’s opened your emails, who’s clicked through and how many times.

Throughout FunnelVision you’ll find that the names of your Leads, Contacts and Accounts are all links that allow you to navigate directly to the spot you’d like to go within SugarCRM.

Some vendors offer similar features as a separate “module” that you may add on to their product for an additional recurring fee. Not us. As per usual, this value is a part of your subscription to Net-Results. FunnelVision is included when you use the Net-Results App with SugarCRM at no additional charge.

Schedule Tasks in SugarCRM Automatically

One of your prospects is highly engaged – and Net-Results knows it! Now you can schedule a task (like a phone call or email) in SugarCRM and assign it to a sales representative automatically. You can do this at any branch in a larger lead nurturing campaign or set up a stand alone action to be triggered whenever a prospect qualifies for the segment conditions you’ve set.
This a hotly requested new feature that will increase your sales effectiveness straight away.  By pipelining lead engagement with your website and marketing campaigns directly to the appropriate sales person – in near real time – you’ll be striking when the iron is hot and shortening sales cycles.

Sync Your Net-Results Campaigns to SugarCRM Automagically

Check a box and choose a user to assign your campaign to. That’s all it takes for Net-Results to sync your campaign to SugarCRM. We’ll associate Leads & Contacts with your campaign as they take qualifying actions. As your sales cycle plays out and opportunities are created, won and lost, you’ll be able to leverage Sugar’s native reporting capabilities to tie revenue directly back to your Net-Results lead nurturing campaigns.

Email Delivery Windows

Don’t want Net-Results to email your prospects during weekends or after hours? Now you can set email delivery windows that control when Net-Results will deliver emails to your prospects and customers. This new option is available on the “Settings” tab in your campaigns and allows you to select days of the week and, for each day, the hours during which you’d like Net-Results to deliver your emails.

JSON-RPC API

Three acronyms in a row… As odd as it seems these letters make perfect sense to modern software developers. If you don’t write code and don’t have geeks that code for your company you may want to look away.
We’re happy to announce the availability of our new JSON-RPC API. We’re hitting the streets with a good number of supported methods and more will be coming online with pretty much every push we’ll do over the coming months (documentation will go up on our support wiki this week).
We’ll also be eating our own dog food as all new features we add to Net-Results will be leveraging this API internally. And we’re using it now to build out iOS, Android and Desktop Net-Results Apps for sales teams.
